Good to know
Besides the fact that everything here is adapted to make our purring friends the happiest, there are a few things that are good to know.
Check-in and check-out – our check-in hours are 15:00-19:00 and check-out, 9:00-13:00. If you need more flexibility, please let us know in advance to accommodate you.
Vaccination – during long stays, if the cat needs a vaccine, our vet can provide it.
Safety during the stay – your cats will be in a very safe and contained environment with no possibility of escaping or hurting themselves.

Supervision is constant; you can also monitor them from a distance through all rooms’ cameras. You will be given a link that will be deactivated when your cat leaves the hotel. So, total privacy as well…
Food – we will need you to bring your cats’ food. We follow the owners’ directions and stick to the same routines so the stay feels like home. In case you cannot do it, we only provide gastrointestinal veterinary food dry and wet.
Cleaning – we cleaned our guests´ rooms everyday and the air is constantly refreshed and filtered. Between stays we also disinfect thoroughly every room with trustworthy top quality products.
